"Strawberry milk" are beautiful words. Reminds me of the days when the milkman delivered milk in glass bottles with foil caps. A simple and less complicated life. A slowburn childhood sprinkled with simple pleasures. Sipping spoonfuls of sugary sweetness. Spellbound by the tasting process. My childhood memory was milk delivered in a horse-drawn cart with a bulk milk container. We left out a milk jug to get our milk and the delivered milk was kept cool in our drip safe.
Expunge is one of my favourite words. Not a beautiful word, but it's so powerful - that something can be got rid of and never to come back to haunt you.
